  • We professionally transfer the roof from your walker to the house

  • You end up with a complete Wonderland House (2 roofs)

What's left behind

After the roof transfer, your walker becomes a frame + wheels — no longer a walker, but still a fun push cart for rolling toys around.

  • 1-month warranty provided for all parts
  • In-house delivery to ensure product arrives in perfect condition
Care Instructions
  • Wooden Surfaces: Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soaking or using harsh cleaners, as this may damage the wood.
  • Metal & Plastic Parts: Clean with wet wipes and wipe dry immediately.
  • Avoid Excess Moisture: Keep away from prolonged humidity to maintain the quality of the wood and parts.
  • Avoid eating and drinking: Food & Drinks might reduce the longevity of the product.
  • Regular Checks: Periodically inspect screws, latches, and parts to ensure they remain secure. Tighten gently if needed.

Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Shipping and Delivery

  • As the product is customisable & made to order, we require 2-3 weeks lead time for delivery.
  • We offer free delivery and it should take 1-3 working days to be delivered.
  • For any urgent deadlines, kindly contact our Customer Service to make special arrangements..

Returns

  • All items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
  • In the unlikely event that you have received a defective or damaged product please contact us at hello@penguinlada.com or Whatsapp us @ +65 87726369 and we can help you with the process.

We do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind. All sales items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Faulty or Damaged Items – If you have received a defective or damaged product please contact us at hello@penguinlada.com and we can help you with the process. Please take note of the tracking on your return parcel and keep a copy of your proof of shipment. We cannot process a return without physical goods.

 If the item shows sign of wear and tear, we will not provide an exchange of return.

Postage Costs – For the return of faulty item, there will be a refund for the return postage. You will have to send over the copy of the receipt.
