If you are a long-time follower of ours, you might be familiar with our busy bag series. This time, we have decided to pack a little more fun by adding in a writing pad and some new gadgets to spice up your little one’s playtime! 🖍

Care Instructions
  • If slighty dirty, may use lint roller.
  • You may also wipe with a slightly moist cloth soaked in mild detergent or mild liquid hand wash and water of approximately 30c. Do not rub.
  • For deeper cleaning, lightly press book in warm (30c) soapy water (or mild detergent), releasing bubbles. Rinse thoroughly. Do not leave any soap behind. Lightly press on the bag to release water, and lightly press between 2 towels to drain water.
  • Do not wring it. Lay on a rack in a well ventilated spot (no direct sunlight) to air dry for at least 12 hours or until completely dry. 

 NOTE: Do not heavy machine wash, dry clean, soak, rub, squeeze or wring the book and pages, or dry in heat or direct sunlight. Ensure the sink where you wash and the area where you dry is clean so your bag won't pick up new stains. When in doubt, it is recommended to use gentler methods to clean the book (i.e. use a lint roller or with a damp cloth).

  • We offer free delivery and it should take 1-3 working days to be delivered, unless otherwise stated.
  • For any urgent deadlines, kindly contact our Customer Service to make special arrangements..

Returns

  • All items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
  • In the unlikely event that you have received a defective or damaged product please contact us at hello@penguinlada.com or Whatsapp us @ +65 87726369 and we can help you with the process.

We do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind. All sales items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Faulty or Damaged Items – If you have received a defective or damaged product please contact us at hello@penguinlada.com and we can help you with the process. Please take note of the tracking on your return parcel and keep a copy of your proof of shipment. We cannot process a return without physical goods.

 If the item shows sign of wear and tear, we will not provide an exchange of return.

Postage Costs – For the return of faulty item, there will be a refund for the return postage. You will have to send over the copy of the receipt.

However, with different device screen settings, the actual colour may vary slightly from your screen. Once you confirm the order, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be slight variation in the actual image versus the representation on our website.
