  • Tracking number will be emailed to you once courier has been scheduled

For preorder items, delivery lead time will be announced on the website. 

 

How does PenguinLada ships order with ready stock/preorder items?
We will split the order into 2 shipments. Ready stock items will be dispatched as per our usual processing timeframe and preorder items will be sent out when all stocks in the same invoice have arrived. This only applies for local orders

 

International Shipping

  • To better streamline our operations and increase our productivity, combinations of orders are strictly not allowed. We seek for your understanding in this.
  • If your order consists of a Preorder item, your order will only be shipped after the Preorder stocks have arrived.
  • You might be required to sign on the package to receive the item and thus please choose an address that someone is available to receive the package during business hour.
  • Orders will be shipped using various delivery services, depending on the destination.
  • The shipping fee may varies by destination, weight and the size of your order. Shipping fees and the service provider will be shown upon checkout.
  • For international orders, the recipient will be responsible for any and all custom fees, import taxes, tariff or duties levied by your government, which will be levied once the parcel reaches its destination. Please note that these charges are usually collected by the shipping agency / courier upon delivery and that we will be unable to estimate the costs beforehand as it is highly dependent on your location. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.
  • We will also be unable to fulfil any requests to declare a value other than the total value of what has been purchased.
  • Delivery lead time: Will be reflected at the check out screen. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays. Do note that delivery times may be delayed due to COVID-19 and are subject to customs clearance.
